Social Media Voting for Competitions
Get ready to cheer for your favorite stalls and entries! All competition photos, including photography, cover page designs, Mehendi art, reels, and stall decor, will be posted on the official Instagram page of Kawish Magazine. Winners will be chosen based on the number of likes their photos receive. Voting will be open for 7 Days after the photos are uploaded, so don’t forget to support your favorites by liking and sharing their entries! Let’s see who rises to the top with the most community support!
Competition Guidelines for Stall Heads
Stall heads participating in the Femi-Nine Fun Fair will submit competition entries:
Registration and Submission
- Date: All stall heads must register/upload their competition entries on 22nd November 2024 on the given form.
- Required Submissions:
- Written Instagram post content with appropriate tags.
- One reel showcasing their stalls.
- Ten high-quality photos of their stalls.
- Submission Method: Entries can be submitted either via a Google Drive shareable link or through direct upload at the provided form.
Competition Details
- All submitted content will be uploaded to the official Kawish Instagram page on 23rd November 2024.
- The competition will be judged based on the number of likes, shares, and reach achieved by each post.
Result Announcement
- Results will be finalized on 30th November 2024, at 12:00 PM and displayed with screenshots of the likes, shares and reach at that time.
- A prize distribution ceremony will be announced later to celebrate the winners, award prizes and certificates, and acknowledge the participants’ efforts.
Important Conditions
- Entries must be submitted in high quality formats
- The same photos or reels must not be posted anywhere else except on the Kawish Instagram page.
- Sharing posts by others is allowed to enhance engagement.
Responsibilities of Stall Heads
- Stall heads will coordinate with their team members to ensure stalls are well-decorated and organized.
- They will assist and provide guidance on the event day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Stalls heads will take screenshot of their stall likes, shares and reach for record and share with organizers to avoid any discrepancies.
